apkvip Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the apkvip platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the apkvip Platform and close any account you have opened. apkvip reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version of these Terms is always available on this page.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the apkvip Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. apkvip operates a strict 18+ policy. Registration by or use of the Platform by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with apkvip or any responsible gaming programme that includes apkvip within its scope.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the apkvip Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. apkvip makes no representations as to the legality of the Platform in any specific jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and must update such information promptly if it changes.

apkvip reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation to apkvip's satisfaction may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending identity verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the apkvip Platform, you must register a single account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your apkvip login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes;
• All activity conducted under your account, whether or not you have authorised such activity;
• Notifying apkvip promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security.

apkvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. apkvip staff will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from apkvip and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to apkvip immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

apkvip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, Meezan Bank, UBL, Bank Alfalah, MCB), Debit Card, Visa/Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and Skrill/Neteller.

• All funds deposited into your apkvip account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. apkvip reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
• apkvip does not charge deposit fees. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. apkvip targets rapid processing but cannot guarantee specific timeframes for bank-side processing delays.
• If apkvip has reasonable grounds to suspect that a deposit or withdrawal is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct, it reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

apkvip may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. apkvip reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, traded, or exchanged for cash directly. Only winnings generated after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• apkvip reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is found to have been claimed through abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of a technical error, apkvip reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One bonus per household, IP address, or device is the standard limit unless otherwise specified.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the apkvip Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sport, which are accessible within each respective game or market. In addition, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. apkvip does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in specific circumstances described in the applicable game or sport rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or bet, apkvip reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes. apkvip's decision in such matters is final.
• apkvip reserves the right to impose betting limits, restrict markets, or suspend accounts at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Winnings are credited to your apkvip account balance immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or event. Settlement timeframes for sports events are subject to the availability of official results.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

apkvip is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss limits — caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session time reminders — notifications alerting you to the duration of your gaming session;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary suspensions of your account access at your request;
• Self-exclusion — permanent closure of your account with a commitment from apkvip not to accept new registrations from you for a defined period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the apkvip Platform, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of apkvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without apkvip's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apkvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, third-party actions, or changes to applicable law. apkvip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through apkvip's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents apkvip from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.
